An almost infinite number of interfaces exists in the area of logistics software. As part of a project, students of the University of Kempten under Prof. Dr Wind were tasked with developing a concept for interface optimisation in the logistics area. Three groups took on this task. It was interesting to see which innovative ideas the teams from the third semester came up with and how they worked them out. A few weeks ago, the students presented their solutions in Soloplan’s offices and a jury consisting of the professor and the heads of Soloplan’s development department determined the winners. The lucky winners received tickets for the Soloplan bigBOX lounge for an event of their choice. After the awards ceremony, everyone was invited to a joint lunch in the Soloplan City Resort.
In the end, the future business IT engineers were given a tour of the building and received a bag full of goodies as well as a lot of interesting information about the career opportunities at Soloplan.
We are glad that we could support the students from Kempten and want to thank them for their committed work and the pleasant day.
