Teamleiter [m|w|d] für interne IT-Abteilung

Du bist im Team für die Betreuung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft im Hauptsitz Kempten sowie den Niederlassungen zuständig. Du betreust hierbei die unten genannten Themen im operativen Endanwenderumfeld. Du führst ein Team von ca. 6 Mitarbeitern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Verantwortung für den IT-Bereich
  • Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebes
  • Einkauf und Lizenzmanagement
  • Koordination technischer externer Dienstleister
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der IT-Mitarbeiter
  • Beratung der Geschäftsleitung in IT-Belangen des operativen Tagesgeschäfts

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich System-/IT-Administration
  • Gute Erfahrung in IT- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
  • Erfahrung mit Client Hardware und den MS Kommunikationsplattformen Outlook, Teams und Office 365
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datensicherheit und im Bereich Oracle wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
